A budget that coincides with the level of design and construction that is expected to occur on the project.
An anticipated schedule.
Any record information for your property and or building, including a deed, land survey, and existing construction documents.

WHAT ARE OUR BASIC SERVICES?
Every project is unique and has its own constraints and generally services can be customized, however we offer the same basic services from the outset on every project:
Pre-Design
Review of the Owner's budget and schedule.
Collecting information about the Owner's personal preferences, wants, needs and desires for the project.
Review of the Owner's space program.
Conducting a site visit(s) to understand the property and orientation.
Review of the Owner's deed and survey.
Performing a zoning analysis.
On alteration projects, developing existing conditions documents.
Schematic Design
Develop a schematic site and building design, or multiple options for evaluation including preliminary architectural and structural solutions.
Construction Documents
Develop a coordinated set of documents for the Owner to use for permitting the work with the municipality's code enforcement officials and bidding the work out to contractors.
Permit Support
Supporting the Owner with the application for a building permit.
Responding to comments from the municipality's code enforcement official.
